Define Process.

If it isn’t written, it didn’t happen. The adage about medical documentation applies to operational processes. Often staff and providers are so busy that no one has time to write down the whole process or document it for the new employee. Many times the solutions are well understood by front line staff, but need to be documented to standardize in growing environments. Here are a few things we can offer to help define your process:
